Sleeping Anole (female, named Gum).
In nature, they're living on the tree.
I'm keeping them within the same cage of Day Gecko
(acts on the wall) and Japanese Skink (acts on the ground).
An anole (male, named Gem) shed his skin.
Before shedding, they eats lesser but don't mind.
This is the famous action of anoles called ``flash coloration.''
An anole opens his throat bone, show his throat pink
and displays himself larger.
Only male adult anole, generally said, takes this action,
but I've seen the female one did this.
Not only the ``flash coloration,'' they thickens other
part of the body --- how can they do this?
They're displaying and fighting each other, moving side by side.
Left one is female (named Gum), and the right one is
the largest male one (named Gem) in my cage.
This fight ends up with Gum wins (below).
Gem is the strongest but the top of his tail lacks
I think Gum did this (sometimes ladies are stronger than men).
Finaly, they begin barking each other.
Some description says that anoles do not physically fight,
but I don't think so.
This picture is the most vaiolent one I've ever seen.
The hanger (up) object is female (named Gum).
She climes up a net surrounding hot-spot light.
Eggs can be seen at her tail.
Also climing up a wood.
Later she is separated alone into the smaller cage,
to avoid others attack from her/crickets attack from
the egg (stomach view).
Zoom up of her stomach/tail.
Here's other anole's description.
